1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and qqee app ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the qqee app website located at https://qqee-app.club and all related services, games, features, and promotional offers provided thereon.

By completing the account registration process, accessing the qqee app login page, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the qqee app platform.

qqee app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated. 2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money games and place bets on qqee app, you must create a registered account. The following eligibility criteria must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period in which your account remains active:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. qqee app is strictly an 18+ platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
3. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on qqee app or on any other platform where self-exclusion terms extend to the qqee app service.
4. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
5. You must not hold more than one active qqee app account at any time. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
6. You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or using the Platform.

qqee app reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal, upon account review, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

Each player may register only one account. If qqee app determines that a player holds duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed immediately. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and any winnings derived from bonus funds on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on qqee app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as internationally accepted card networks where available. qqee app does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. qqee app does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to your gaming balance within seconds of transaction confirmation.
• qqee app reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the account or platform level at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming concerns arise.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. Unusual or high-volume deposit patterns may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the qqee app account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, the account holder must have completed full KYC identity verification to the satisfaction of the qqee app compliance team.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to verification status and payment method processing times.
• qqee app reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are associated with unusual account activity.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money balances remaining after applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied are eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction resulting in an erroneous credit, qqee app reserves the right to reclaim the incorrect amount regardless of whether it has been wagered or withdrawn.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

qqee app offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
2. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
3. Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
4. Bonus Abuse: qqee app employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies intended to guarantee extraction of bonus value, coordinated play between accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any account found to be abusing bonus terms will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
6. Right to Withdraw Promotions: qqee app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of modification.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the qqee app platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You accept personal responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qqee app:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or on behalf of another person.
• Using or attempting to use software robots, automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any other automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game, betting market, or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or strategy in live games, or otherwise unfairly influence results.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any illegal activity. qqee app cooperates fully with relevant authorities in all AML investigations.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or operate your account.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward qqee app staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent security systems, access areas of the Platform for which you are not authorised, or reverse-engineer any part of the qqee app platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes that are not genuinely disputed transactions. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings.

qqee app reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be restricted from withdrawals or play. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, qqee app may permanently close the account, void all bonuses and pending winnings, retain any real-money balance to offset losses caused by the prohibited conduct, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

6. Game Rules & Betting

Casino Games

All casino games available on qqee app are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage, which are accessible within the game interface. qqee app does not modify the underlying mechanics of any game supplied by a licensed studio.

• qqee app reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided unless the event resumes within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, in which case settled bets will stand.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• qqee app reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player whose betting pattern is identified as arbitrage or professional sharp betting.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or qqee app — may initiate the closure of a player account. The circumstances and consequences differ depending on which party initiates closure and the reason for it.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your qqee app account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, qqee app will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances and pending bonus winnings are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel that your gambling has become problematic — please clearly state this in your closure request. qqee app will treat such requests as self-exclusion requests and apply additional safeguards including a cooling-off period during which the account cannot be reopened, as set out in our Responsible Gaming policy.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

qqee app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• A legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement necessitating closure.
• Confirmed use of the account by a person who is under the age of 18.

Where an account is closed by qqee app due to confirmed rule violations, any real-money balance may be withheld to cover losses or damages suffered by qqee app as a result of the violation. The player will be notified of any such withholding and the reasons for it.

8. Limitation of Liability

The qqee app platform and all services offered thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While qqee app takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted, secure, and fair service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

• qqee app shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if qqee app was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• qqee app's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the real-money balance held in the player's account at the time of the relevant event.
• qqee app is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, including losses incurred by unauthorised third-party access to your account.
• qqee app is not responsible for any tax liability that may arise from your winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable tax obligations in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction relevant to them.
• Technical malfunctions in a game supplied by a third-party studio are governed by that studio's own malfunction policy. qqee app acts as a distributor of such games and cannot modify outcomes retroactively.

Nothing in these Terms limits qqee app's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law.
